Final Camera Ready Submission Guidelines

Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper! Please carefully follow the guidelines below to prepare and submit the final camera-ready version of your paper.

General Requirements

  • Format: All papers must follow the IEEE conference template.
  • Page Limit:
    • Papers: 6 pages (including references).
    • Extra pages will incur an additional fee of 300,000 IDR (local presenter) / 30 USD (foreign presenter) per page.
  • Language: All submissions must be in English.
  • File Format: Submit the paper in PDF format only.

IEEE PDF Compliance Check

  • All final papers must be checked for compliance with IEEE PDF specifications using the IEEE PDF eXpress tool.
  • Steps for PDF eXpress:
    1. Log in to PDF eXpress (Conference ID: XXXXXX).
    2. Create an account (or log in if you already have one).
    3. Upload your source file (Word or LaTeX).
    4. Download the IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF.
  • Only the PDF generated or approved by PDF eXpress will be accepted.

Paper Title and Author Information

  • Ensure the title, authors’ names, affiliations, and emails match the information provided during submission.
  • Do not add or remove any co-authors without prior approval from the conference organizers.

Final Upload or Submission

  • Author will be required to revise and resubmit camera ready paper via EDAS (Before July 31th 2025)
  • Author will send the Word/Latex camera ready paper and the copy of compliance message from IEEE PDF eXpress via email: contact.ideahci@gmail.com also with the payment proof. The following email subject: [IDEA HCI 2025] Camera Ready Paper [Your Paper ID]: [Your Paper Title]

Presentation at the Conference

  • At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper at the conference.
  • Failure to present the paper will result in its exclusion from the IEEE Xplore.
  • After the conference, your final paper will be planned to be included in IEEE Xplore. However, IEEE reserve the right to exclude to accpeted paper if its not presented in the conference.

Additional Notes

  • Ensure your paper adheres to ethical research and publication standards.
  • Figures and tables must be high resolution and properly captioned.
  • Use standard citation formats as per IEEE guidelines.
